Après ré-installation de virtualbox, mes machines virtuelles refusent de démarrer.

The VBox.log shows you are running VirtualBox 6.1.50 and your host system is running Linux kernel 6.8.0-52-generic. As can be seen in the VirtualBox Changelog here the Linux kernel support for 6.8.0 first appeared in VirtualBox 7.0.16. Thus you need to upgrade to at least 7.0.16 or any 7.1.x release. VirtualBox 6.1.x is no longer supported and won't be getting any further updates or fixes.
