xdk 5933 make virtualbox 2.0.2 crash

Description
I can't no longer install xdk 5933 (xbox developement tool kit) with 2.0.2 (crash at the end of the installation, screen go weird).
The 1st version that's worked was 2.0.0 (all before version always crashed) but it worked with 2.0.0 for the first time.

Please attach a VBox.log file. Did the installer crash or the whole VM?
