VM-crash when switching from X to Console under Ubuntu

Description
My VM chrashed when I try to switch from an X-Window to a text window with "STRG+ALT+F1". My Debuger says: "Unbehandelte Ausnahme bei 0x0fa15c82 in VirtualBox.exe: 0xC0000005: Zugriffsverletzung beim Lesen an Position 0x0fc90d38"
It doesn't metter if I'm logged in or not.
System: Intel 805 with 1GB of RAM under WinXP VM: Ubuntu 6.10 with updates up to 23.03.2007
