vditool - read from pipe

Description
Hello,
with the vditool dd-images can be converted to vdi-images. Reading from pipe like
dd if=/dev/hda | vditool DD new.vdi -
would be usefull in some cases.

Use 'VBoxManage convertdd' now. It can even read from stdin.
