W2K8 64 Guest critical error on Vista Ultimate 64 Host

Description
After running for some time the W2K8 64bit guest throws a guru meditation error that a critical error has occurred. Below are two errors in the host event viewer.

Quite likely a duplicate of #2220. If it's not, please reopen and attach the log file.
Try again with 2.0.4 and attach a new log please. Previously the error didn't log the relevant information.
