Description
Installing Windows Guest Additions hangs when installing the video driver. I'm notified that it is a non-WHQL driver and I click "Continue Anyway" however the installer sits there doing nothing. The last line in the status box of the installer reads "Installing video driver..."
This happens every time I try to install.

lotuschris, I think like dimitris. This is actually a Windows problem. Are you able to reproduce the problem?

I'm at the hang and there is nothing hiding behind anything?? I've Ctrl Alt Deleted the installer to no avail. Any clues? Thanks!

For whatever it may be worth, I thought I had the same problem. It turned out that the WHQL dialog was "hiding" behind the installer window. Once I clicked on that (twice, once for the video driver and once for some other driver after that), the installation completed without problems.
Host: Debian unstable. Guest: XP SP3.
