Description
it did work with ubuntu 8.04 (and continues to do so with that image, even with the new version of VirtualBox)
I have installed
- VirtualBox 2.0.4
- Ubuntu Intrepid Ibex (8.10)
- All updates, including the new kernel
- The guest additions as provided from VirtualBox 2.0.4
As this works perfectly with Ubuntu 8.04 on the same VirtualBox instance I consider this a bug in the guest aditions.

As far as I know, this is working with the current guest additions.
