Critical problem when trying to shut down Haiku

Description
When I try to shut down Haiku (see http://www.haiku-files.org/ for nightly VMDK images) in VirtualBox 2.0.4, it encounters a critical problem. This did not happen with VirtualBox 2.0.2 that I used before.
I run VirtualBox on a Core2 Duo T7200 on Ubuntu 8.04.

BTW at this point Haiku does not yet try to turn off the system; if the screen shot is of any help, the media_server might shut down some audio devices.

Please reopen if still relevant with VBox 3.1.2.
