Description (last modified by )
Hi, I just upgraded to VB 2.1, on a linux ubuntu 8.10 host (amd64) and with a WinXP (32 bits) VB guest. Audio stopped worked (it was working with VB 2.0), and now I see huge log files with the below repeated thousands and thousands of times:
The VM crashes after a few hours of use.
Using ALSA instead of Pulse for audio seems to fix the problems.

This appears to be back with the latest version of Virtualbox 4.3.26 (r98988). Please let me know what information I could provide to help.
Host: Ubuntu 14.04, client Windows 7.
We didn't change anything regarding audio in version 2.1.0. Did you upgrade your Ubuntu system recently? Are there more upgrades which could solve your problem?
