Network trouble with Windows Vista

Hi @all!
My NIC in NAT modus in WinXP (guest OS) do not work under Windows Vista (Host).
The physical Windows Vista Network card is all right. Also that one in WinXP (Guest OS under VirtualBox) The Network Card (in NAT Modus) gets an IP Adress, Subnet and default Gateway, but it isn't possible to connect to internet. Also nslookup do not work. i get a time out.
Is there a solution?
How can i troubleshoot this?
