Tried with VirtualBox 1.3.4
Guest OSes: SUSE Linux 10.0 and openSUSE 10.2. Both guests failed to have mouse integration.
Host OSes: openSUSE 10.2 and Windows XP.
As an additional nasty: it breaks my graphics: it quadruples my resolution, so I can't work on the guest system. workaround: kill X server (init 3), setup it for 800x600 from scratch and restart it.
This effect is observed under both guest OSes, both Host OSes and both versions of VirtualBox. (1.3.2 and 1.3.4)

Fixed the issue where the VM window size is much larger than the host screen. If no X video mode was specified, 1024x768 is used now.

Ahh, sorry, my bad.
Mouse integration actually works !
But because the resolution got huge, I called "sax2" utility to fix my X configuration, and this utility disables mouse integration. Is there any way to make mouse-integration compatible with sax2 ? (I understand that this-is SUSE-specific issue, and may not be connected to VirtualBox, but still I'm asking which is they best way to deal with such problem)
OK, for now, I think it's OK to close this bug. If needed, I will reopen it later.

Try with VirtualBox 1.3.4.
