VirtualBox does not forward the PAUSE keyboard key to the guest OS

Description
VirtualBox does not forward the PAUSE keyboard key to the guest OS. This makes debugging linux with the kdb (http://oss.sgi.com/projects/kdb/) debugger not possible.
Host: Fedora Core 6, kernel 2.6.20-1.2944, gnome, VirtualBox 1.3.8
Guest: Redhat 9, vanilla kernel 2.4.20 (patched with kdb v4.3).
Note: the same configuration works on qemu.

Fixed in svn. VirtualBox 1.4.2 will contain the fix.
