I see the same issue on 1.3.99-beta1 on mac os x 10.4.9 with intel core2duo processor (it's a macbook).
VM is xp sp2. When running in full screen mode, I can't use mouse to click anything on the top row of the screen. For example, when a window is maximized, I can't click the title bar, nor the min/max/close buttons on the upper right corner. It looks like the mouse was captured by the host OS and the top menu bar is somehow the topmost (though invisible).
Additions is installed. Mouse integration is on.
Other than that, this beta for mac runs quite well. Nice job.
