Description
Please, implement NAT for GRE protocol to allow use of PPTP VPN from Windows guests. Also NAT for ICMP would be great if implemented as well. Thanks...

You are right, I have tried ping and that works with 2.1.4. Sorry I did not read current documentation which states that already. The last docs I had read was for 1.6 version :-)

Another vote for GRE support! If you are on wireless then bridging does not work. So VPN cannot be initialised from the guest OS...

GRE is IP based protocol requiring the raw socket on Unix no way do it with socket on Windows.

Thank you for enhancement request. Currently NAT has support of ICMP, (ping and other tools using ICMP should work, if they don't work for you please create a ticket). About GRE that nice to have of course, we will think when we can inject support support for this protocol.
