VB gets stacked during installation on Ubuntu 7.04

Description
Installation stops at:
Installing package file Installing 'VirtualBox_1.3.8_Ubuntu_feisty_i386.deb'...
Stays like that for hours. I repeated the whole process 3 times with identical results. Brand new instalation of Ubuntu with all updates as of May 17, 2007 with no additional software installed on this computer. Processor - AMD Athlon 64.

1.3.8 doesn't work with 64 bits linux hosts. 1.4.0 has 64 bits support. You should retry with 1.4.0 even if you run a 32 bits linux.
