No pasting pictures in MS Access in XP Guest

Description
I'm unable to paste pictures into MS Access in my XP guest. Before using VBox I was able to select images in an image editor, copy, and paste into a field in the Access database. When this action is performed now Access won't save the data entry, giving me warning message about how it can't be saved. Is this normal, or known behaviour in VBox ?
Let me know if a VBox.log file would be helpful.
