Drop-down menu does not disappear when moving VBox window

Description
To see it, activate any main menu item in VBox window by mouse, then move cursor directly above it to the window title bar, press left mouse button (don't release) and move the window over the screen. Drop-down menu neither disappears nor moves - it stays at its first position. (Sometimes you need to do all described above several times to see this behaviour). I am working in Windows Vista.
