Description
VDI files aren't shown on "File Open" dialog when "All Hard Disk Images (.vdi, .vmdk)" selected. Just .vmdk files are shown.
Only when I manually choose "Virtual Disk Images (.vdi)" the .vdi files are shown.
Tested on: openSUSE 10.3 Alpha4 Host, 32-bit, VBox 1.4.0.

Which Linux ?
I used openSUSE Linux 10.2 (and 10.3), 32-bit, with KDE desktop.

virtualbox is not a KDE application, it could only be a matter of qt. Still I can't imagine any setting that could affect "All hard disk images" option to show only .vmdk files.
Are you sure your .vdi files are actually lower case?

I mean, are you sure that the .vdi extension of your files is lower case?

Should be fixed since release 2.0.
I have installed from "All Distro" installer.
