Description
Unable to add a vmdk file to a windows guest (server 2003). The vmdk points to an external USB drive.
The error below doesn't appear to be written to the log but I'm attaching the log anyways.
Assertion failed at 'C:\vbox\branch\win-2.2\src\VBox\Main\MachineImpl.cpp' (6316) in Machine::saveSettings.
Unexpected exception 'class xml::EIPRTFailure' (Runtime error: -252(Device i/o: Not ready.)).
