Reported by: | David Cuddihy | Owned by: | |
---|---|---|---|
Component: | other | Version: | VirtualBox 2.2.4 |
Keywords: | Cc: | ||
Guest type: | Windows | Host type: | Linux |
Description
Repro:
- Boot my host machine.
- Start VirtualBox.
- Start my Windows XP VM. ...I observe the clock is within a second of host's clock. Good!
- Start a second VM (apparently could be anything: Another Windows, Ubuntu, BSD,...doesn't matter)
...As soon as the second VM starts, the Windows XP VM's system clock falls behind.
- Stop the second VM.
...As soon as the second VM stops, the Windows XP VM's system clock races ahead until its caught back up with the host's clock.
