Description
I was running the virtualbox 3.0.0 beta on opensolaris build 116 and saw the following panic. I wasn't using the system at the time, but found my machine unresponsive the next morning. The output in /var/adm/messages is below. Please let me know what other information would be helpful. Thanks,

I have the core files, but am unable to upload them because they exceed the maximum allowed attachment size (of 400k??). Please contact me and I'll make them available.

This is happening to me with:
SunOS hades 5.11 snv_111b i86pc i386 i86pc Solaris
and Ubuntu 8.04 with recently upgraded guest extensions.
I also noticed that the networking on the host dies when the guest is starting up. It can be restored for a few seconds with:
pfexec svcadm restart nwam
but then it dies again.
Output of /var/adm/messages:
