VM dead in VirtualBox 3.0 when network is in high speed

Description
When using apt to upgrade my debian 5, the VM always dead. I think it may be because of the high download speed (about 1.5MBps - 2.5MBps). Other network activity seems ok.

Could it be, that is is similar to Ticket #4343 ?
This is then fixed in SVN.

I downgrade the virtual box to 2.2.4. It is OK in the situation mentioned above.
