Windoxs XP guest crashing intermittently

Description
I'm using OS X 10.5.7.
My Windows XP guest is crashing intermittently. It is occurring very randomly.
This started occurring only after upgrading from 2.2.2 to 2.2.4. I never had this problem with version 2.2.2.
Typically the crashes occur shortly after starting the Guest VM. But the most recent crash occurred after I had been using the guest for 6 hours.
I'm attaching VBox.log, and 2 OSX crash logs.
