Registration does not work behind firewalls

Description
After installing, the registration window is shown. Sending the registration does not work behind firewalls.
The registration window should send the registration data as http request. The request should respect the proxy configuration of the host environment. Checked with Windows, MacOS as well as Linux hosts.
On Windows and MacOS, the systemwide Internet Connection settings can be evaluated. On Linux as well as Unix hosts, the http_proxy environment variable should be evaluated.

My Virtualbox 3.0.2 is installed on Windows 7 x64 (german).
The computer is behind a LinuxFirewall IpCop 1.4.21. On the Firewall ist the AdvancedProxy (port: 800) with the transprend mode enabled.
When I disable the transparend mode from the AdvancedProxy,I can register my Virtualbox. When the transparend mode ist enabled, I can't register my Virtualbox.
