vboxnet0 missing after fedora 11 update

Description
Today i allowed the fedora 11 updates to happen on my box. using virtualbox 3.0.3 ose r49928
once I rebooted, my vms that were using host only adapters were all invalid and host-only cannot be configured as there are no interfaces in the drop down (vboxnet0 usually in my case).
I can only use bridged for now and this is a real problem for my development currently.
