FortiClient doesn't work with virtual box

FortiClient is an IPsec client from Fortinet, before I install virtual box, everything works. but after virtual box is installed, the FortiClient can not obtain address from vpn gateway. and after I un-install virtual box, it works again.
following are the environment:
- Host OS: Windows XP SP3
- virtual box 3.02 (Non-OSE)
- FortiClient 3.0.457
