Ubuntu + Seamless crashes

Description
Virtual Box handles Seamless desktop has a lot of problems on Windows 7 RTM x64 as host. If I try Ubuntu x64 Explorer crashes on right clicking icons and desktop icons can not be dragged and if I try x86 and i play a movie in KmPLayer with Wm9 overlay i get a continuous flickering on the vm that i cannot get rid of. I use nested paging and amd-v on both machines.

Please try if you can reproduce the crashes with VBox 3.0.8.
