please add a machine configuration option to always show the boot device menu

Description
Hi,
for a virtual machine which is primarily used for testing, it would be good to not having to press F11 at the correct time of the system boot to get to the menu where one can choose the boot device.
Please add a checkbox in Settings/System which - when checked - makes a newly booted virtual machine behave as if F11 was pressed.
