Remove "Create Quick Launch Icon" from installer on Windows 7 and above

Description
Since "Quick Launch" has been removed from Windows 7 and is unlikely to return in future builds of Windows, creating a quick launch icon should not be offered on Windows 7 an above. This is merely a cosmetic issue as this option has no effect on Windows 7 but should be fixed eventually.

The icons are still present and the folder said icons are installed into are still present: %AppData%\Roaming\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Quick Launch
BUT the toolbar can _NOT_ be chosen from said menu by default! There is no more "Quick Launch" option to chose from in taskbar properties / Toolbars after a clean _or_ upgrade installation. Quick Launch is no longer an official feature. See here: http://www.sevenforums.com/attachments/tutorials/2046d1230926867t-quick-launch-enable-disable-right_click_taskbar.jpg
One _can_ add the now essentially useless and hidden folder manually with a little bit of work, just like any other folder containing icons as described here: http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/888-quick-launch-enable-disable.html
But the fact that one can restore basic Quick Launch functionality by manually finding and adding a _hidden system folder_ as a _custom_ toolbar hardly warrants this option inside the installer.
There is a reason why e.g. Mozilla Firefox and several other prominent applications removed the "Quick Launch" option from their installers if run under Windows 7. The option should be removed from the VirtualBox installer for the exact same reason: It's is utterly useless in 99.9% of all cases and Quick Launch is no longer an officially supported feature under Windows 7.
That's not quite correct -- the Quick Launch icons still are present in Windows 7 (see taskbar properties / Toolbars), so we won't remove this feature.
