Unable to add new virtual disk to existing virtual machine

Description
When adding a new disk to an existing virtual machine, only pre-existing virtual disks are presented in the GUI to be added.
The user Should be able to create new virtual disks to be added to an existing virtual machine though the GUI configurator.
