Wifi Crash After Vbox startup

Description
I go to startup Virtualbox 3.0.2, and my wifi connection goes out. I have not even started any virtual machines. I can reconnect to the internet after I shut down vbox, and reset my wifi driver. Either that, or I must restart my machine. My host os is Windows Vista Basic.

Could you please try 3.0.4 and attach log file to the defect. We'd also appreciate if you'll able get crash dump if it repeats
