Linux guest freeze on linux host - Instability

Description

The machine freezes and doesnt respond, I received a kernel loop error this morning on the host which might be related to vboxdrv module. The error has occurred in the previous version of VirtualBox and i have noticed that it seems to happen whilst in the midst of a network transfer. Or just after, normally in the middle of an apt-get update on my debian Squeeze guest. This renders the machine incapacitated and will no respond to any interrupts.

Any change with VBox 3.0.8? Does the same happen if you use only one guest CPU?
