Windows 7 RC guest crashing with EXC_BAD_ACCESS in VirtualBox 3.0.4 on Mac OS X 10.5.8

Description
I've had two seemingly unprovoked crashes with a Windows 7 guest installation today. In both cases there didn't appear to be any high load on the guest or the host at the time. It wrote crash logs, I've attached the latest.
