Thanks for the report. A bit more details needed. Have you configured any shared folders for the VM? If yes, what was the host path and does it exist? Could you please attach (or send me per email) VBox.log.1, VBox.log.2 and VBox.log.3 files for the VM? If they still exist. Also please attach XML config file for the VM.
