VBoxHeadless 3.0.4 crashes on Linux host

Hi,
The above crashes a couple of times a day. Buth the host and guest are running Linux Debian 5.0.2 (lenny). Please don't forget to write which VBox package you installed (exact package name please). And I assume this is a 64-bit host, correct?
