VMM Device not compatible to Win 7 and fullscreen mode not working

Description
- Audio devices not detected in Win 7. Upon clicking the audio device settings Windows displays an error message that VB VMM Device is not compatible. Upon clicking the link it proceeds to open VB 2.2.2.-46594 -Win.exe from VB site.
- Also note that in the full screen mode the Guest OS does not fill in the entire screen. This applies for all guests.

The other issue (no audio device) was fixed with VBox 4.0.

Your second note is most probably a misunderstanding at your side. You need to install the guest additions to get a fullscreen guest. Not the host screen resolution is changed but the resolution of the guest screen. We have to verify your first note though.
