Host network change breaks NAT network

Description
The network of my laptop changes some 5+ times a day because I move around a lot. I have noticed that I have to in fact reboot my host after each change if I want to use networking on my virtualized computers. I think this does not get triggered when I change the real networks, but using of several VPN products on my host's network connection is what triggers the problem. It's possible that some component does not realize that something changed?
I use a combination of AEP Networks Netilla SSL, Cisco VPN client, Juniper VPN Client, and Nortel VPN client... Yeah it's a mess and I use them all daily.
