OS/2 random process crashes

Reported by: Brian Havard Owned by:

Description

Recent versions of VirtualBox have a problem where any time I use my OS/2 guest for more than a few minutes I start getting random crashes of OS/2 processes. I'll attach a screen shot of it happening.

I've tried going back through older versions of VirtualBox and found that the last release that doesn't have this problem is 2.1.4.

Host is Ubuntu Jaunty (9.04). Guest is OS/2 Warp Server for eBusiness 4.5 w/SP2. Hardware is an HP/Compaq 6710b laptop with a Core 2 Duo CPU.

The next maintenance release 3.0.8 will contain a fix which could be related to your problem. Please try this release when it becomes available.

I'm now running 3.0.8 but the problem is still there.
