Description
Every time Virtualbox starts, a registration form appears. There are buttons for "register" and "cancel", but no button for "decline and stop asking me". I understand that after a certain number of times it will stop, but this is still a design defect.
Why on earth is Sun Microsystems distributing nagware anyway? Forcing people to register only leads to annoyed users and fake, useless information in your database. A perfectly appropriate place for this form is a "Registration..." button in About Virtualbox or a menu item if you consider it very important.
Please note this is intended to be a serious bug report, because it has a serious effect on usability. Right now, the very first thing a person sees when launching Virtualbox for the first time is a form demanding personal information which can't be switched off. To put it bluntly, people hate this sort of thing and it does not create a good impression.

What are you trying to accomplish by forcing people to see the registration dialog three times?
After three times it doesn't bother you anymore. I'd say that's quite acceptable.
