Virtualbox becomes unresponsive while working with Adobe Acrobat 8

Description
I had this problem when I was using windows vista business. I had my webserver running and during my hours of work on adobe acrobat 8, virtual box would become unresponsive and the whole screen would flash, I would have to open the taskmanager with ctrl-alt-del and hit shutdown task and then put it to sleep and then restart. I never had this problem with any other program. There is no error from virtualbox though, which is why I didn't report this before. It actually happened when I updated to version 3.0.4. I was using 2.2.4 before and all of the versions before that never had this problem. I recently upgraded to Windows 7 Professional (and yes it is a legal copy I'm a member of the MSDNAA, we got an early release). I didn't have the problem all of this week (I upgraded saturday), but today it happened, somewhat the same, but I was unable to put it to sleep, I had force shut it down. It was hard to do because it somehow was blocking all programs, I had to to use alt-tab a few times and hit ctrl-alt-del a few times to switch to it, but finally got it to shut down. I know this is difficult to understand, but that's all I got. Would there be any information on the logs about this? If so I would gladly upload those, but I am not certain. My guest is Window Server 2008 Standard. I had been using until yesterday Windows Server 2008 R2 Web Server Core and Windows Server 2008 R2 Standard Core, which would probably be the reason why it didn't have the problem.

I just uploaded another log. Sorry I uploaded a zip before. It just happened to me again today with Windows Server Core, so I guess it has nothing to do with the GUI.

This would happen once a day. I never had this problem with any other program. There is no error from virtualbox though, which is why I didn't report this before. Also, I am not certain that it's a problem with virtualbox or acrobat. In fact, I am not certain if it's even the two programs conflicting, all I know is that when I work (which is with Acrobat...which I use 50% of my memory along with virtual box --2gb of 4gb) it happens. When I use my other programs after I work, I don't use that much memory to program or web design, so I'm assuming. I have been unable to find anyone else who has a similar issue. I may just downgrade if there is no solution within the next few months, would that effect the vdi file?
