Virtualbox.exe Process Consuming All Memory

Description
Using an Ubuntu 9.10 guest.
Had IO APIC turned on so that I could give the guest access to two cores. Also had VT-x turned on.
The Virtualbox.exe started consuming all memory on my host system -- before I killed it, it had consumed about 700MB of memory (it usually sits around 100).
Turning off IO APIC and VT-x seems to stop the Virtualbox.exe process from running away with the memory.

See TracTickets
for help on using tickets.
Please attach a VBox.log file of your VM. Make sure you don't change any other setting than VT-x and I/O-APIC.
