Resume guest from hibernation does not detect GuestAdditions

My system specs are: Host: Win XP 64bit SP2 Guest: Ubuntu 9.04 Desktop VBox: 3.0.6
Problem Resume guest from hibernation does not detect GuestAdditions In order to reproduce,
- power on Ubuntu guest, then immediately
- select hibernate function in the Ubuntu guest.
- then power on the Ubuntu guest again
The second time Ubuntu starts the GuestAdditions are not loaded and the log reports: Guest Log: vboxadd_ioctl: VBOXGUEST_IOCTL_VMMREQUEST: request execution failed!
I attach log for (1) power on (1st time) + hibernate, (2) power on (2nd time), (3) VM settings

Same here, host is XP64 SP2 (Q9450-6GB), guest is Fedora 12 (1cpu-768MB), vbox is 3.0.12 r54655.
Guest Log: vboxadd_ioctl: VBOXGUEST_IOCTL_VMMREQUEST: request execution failed!
is logged every 1-2s after waking the guest up from hibernation and the host booted cold.
