Description
Hitting either the Esc and left Ctrl keys on my Wave keyboard in an OpenSolaris snv_123 guest bring-up the Gnome Applications Menu. (The keyboard is working fine in the host domain, which is also running snv_123.)
When looking at what is happening in an Event Tester window, it seems as though vbox is giving both the same keycode:
for Esc: KeyPress event, serial 230, synthetic NO, window 0x3800001,
root 0x100, subw 0x0, time 139039513, (141,129), root:(162,159), state 0x12, keycode 37 (keysym 0xffe3, Control_L), same_screen YES, XLookupString gives 0 bytes: XmbLookupString gives 0 bytes: XFilterEvent returns: False
for left Ctrl: KeyPress event, serial 230, synthetic NO, window 0x3800001,
root 0x100, subw 0x0, time 139004834, (111,140), root:(132,170), state 0x12, keycode 37 (keysym 0xffe3, Control_L), same_screen YES, XLookupString gives 0 bytes: XmbLookupString gives 0 bytes: XFilterEvent returns: False

*My Sun Type 7 keyboard works just fine.*
I've not had this problem previously with my Wave, and I've been using it with virtual box for awhile now.

I just noticed the Tab key not working correctly when *not* inside the virtual box guest window.
Popped open the keyboard, cleaned between the three plastic/metal contact sheets, and everything is working fine.
Sorry about the noise. Please close this ticket.
