Win button sent to guest and host after pressing RCTRL

Click inside the Windows XP Guest (to capture keys and mouse), then press Right CTRL (my host key) then press WIN (Start Menu button), Start Menu opens up in Host (XP Pro) and Guest. I tend to use this a lot to access the host OS menu. This problem can be reproduced in other varieties - Host Key then Alt - brings the the Menu focused on the Guest not the Host, Host Key then App Menu - brings up the popup menu on the guest.
