Description
If you use VirtualBox and don't tell Time Machine to ignore your hard disks, you'll soon end up copying the entire image to the Time Machine server or disk every time you run the VM. Storing these hard disks in a sparse bundle would allow the OS to copy only the changes to the VMs' hard disks at update time.
