Macbook unable to recognise ISO file

1) The ISO file was created in Windows. It works OK on VBox for Windows. 2) From Finder, Macbook can read the DVD and view the contents of the ISO file. 3) VBox for Mac can mount the drive, but cannot read the ISO - reports "no media".
