OS X Icon in VirtualBox 3.1 doesn't show branding at 48x48

Description
In versions 3.0 and older, the 48x48 icon was generated by the OS via down-sampling. With the betas for 3.1, and with the release, there's a 48x48 icon which doesn't have the branding.
This additional icon makes things look bad because 48x48 is the common size used by QuickSilver and other finder views. The dock uses a downsampled icon which includes the branding.
