Paused VMs still use CPU cycles

Description
Paused VMs still use the same amount of CPU cycles as non-paused ones.
For example if a VM before pause used 60% of host CPU, then after pause it still uses the same 60%.
Host: openSUSE 10.2, VBox 1.4.0.
Guest: -Anything -- Tested with SUSE 10.2, Windows XP, ...

I really doubt this has anything to do with VBox. Closing.

For some strange reason, even "kill -SIGSTOP [vbox-pid]" doesn't helps.
