Can't install on Windows Pro x64

Description
System: Windows XP pro x64 edition with SP2.
AMD X2 4800
Tried to install VirtualBox, installation started OK, and then software reported:
innotek VirtualBox Setup Wizard ended prematurely
innotek VirtualBox Setup Wizard ended prematurely because of an error. Your system has not been modified. To install this program at a later time, please run the installation again.
Click the Finish button to exit the setup Wizard.

The next version will support Vista as a 64 bits platform. XP hasn't been tested.
