Error when installing redhat5 64 on a winows vista 64 host system

Description
When I try to install redhat 5.4 64bit on a windows vista 64, it errors out after i select install from the installation scree. Tried using the GUI install and the text install and both of them fails.
Then I created an instance on an XP 32 bit host for redhat5.4 64 bit, it works fine. I exported this and imported it into the vista 64 host and I get the same error when I start the VM.

This is a known bug. Either degrade to 3.0.10 or upgrade to 3.1.0.

Right. Or disable the guest NMI with nmi_watchdog=0 at the guest kernel command line. VBox 3.0.14 will contain the fix as well.
